
Back in 1994, Mainstreet Bakery got its humble beginnings when Tony, chef and owner of The Garden Room Restaurant in Eden Prairie, Minnesota, baked fresh bread daily in the back room of his kitchen. Each day the aroma of fresh bread drew guests from throughout the commercial building location. Demand for purchasing bread at retail grew, with wholesale restaurant customers following suit.
Over the following years of growth and innovation, commitment to quality and superior customer service was job one. Tony and his dedicated staff made Mainstreet Bakery what it is today, as a leader and your partner providing fresh, wholesome baked goods to satisfy your customers and consumers.
