Mainstreet Bakery had its humble beginnings back in 1994 when Tony, chef and owner of The Garden Room Restaurant in Eden Prairie, Minnesota, baked fresh bread daily for his grateful customers, in the back room of his kitchen. Each day the aroma of fresh bread drew guests from throughout the commercial building location. Soon, demand grew for retail options and then the wholesale customers came calling.
